Things you need to know before casting off:

• • We don't take any commission fees from you the property owner.
  • You deal directly with the customer. They will contact you either by phone or email.
  • Boat and accommodation managers register and can then self list their property or properties, add & edit information, photos & prices It is a very simple process and there are tutorial videos for your assistance. If you require further assistance, email us at info@fishnstay.com.
  • Charter Fishing Australia does not charge commission on referrals or successful bookings directed to you via Fishnstay.com website.
  • Booking enquiries are sent to you directly from visitors to the Fishnstay.com website. You (the property or boat manager) confirm or deny the booking at your own discretion. The moment a booking request is emailed to you and simultaneously to the customer, Fishnstay.com will display your contact details for the customer\'s convenience.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer and the property or boat managers to finalise and confirm bookings.
  • Prices listed for accommodation, boat charters, goods and services must include all applicable taxes. Where GST is applicable, it must be included in any fees, specials and all costs listed on Fishnstay.com.
  • You may remove your property listing from FishNStay.com website at any time.
  • We reserve the right to review, modify, reformat, reject or remove your listing or any information that you place on Fishnstay.com.
  • We advise that you have adequate public liability insurance cover and any other insurances required by federal, state or territory laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to meet any liabilities which could result from goods and services which you provide to your guests.

More about the prices and listing options

As “Fishnstay.com” is new to the web, it is FREE to self list for a 12 month subscription before the 1st of June . We will be making some additions and changes to improve the site to TOP CLASS and will begin big promotions and advertising campaigns.

When the free listing period is over, this type of listing will be $75.00 for 12 month subscription.

We take no commission fees. This helps your customers can feel that they are not paying any extra to cover commission fees. They can then be more assured that the prices displayed on the site would be the same as dealing directly with the property or boat manager (which is what they end up doing ).

You deal directly with the customer after the customer sends you a “Fishnstay” booking request or enquiry. You can decline, confirm or alter prices, vessels, rooms & dates with the customer. All deposits and payments by the customer must be paid directly to you.

About making listing yourself

It is very easy to self list. Register as Manager and you will receive a confirmation email which will enable you to login with your chosen user name and password.

After logging in and entering your details, you can then add your listing or listings. It is very easy to upload photos, add or edit prices and information.

It is important to enter a date period (can cover a full year, month, a weekend, holiday period ) and prices as this helps promote bookings. Customers often search by price order. If you don't put in a date period then no pricing/tariffs will appear. The prices entered are a customer guide and still have to be confirmed by you. You can also enter your specials and latest notices in your description if you wish. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and must include GST/Taxes. Once you have finished (please do not forget to enter whether the prices are per boat/room or per person). You can change your listing details and prices as often as you wish.

If you require for our Fish 'n Stay team to list your business for you, we can do this for you at a fee of $50.00. After your introductory free 12 month period, you will be invoiced at $75.00 per annual subscription.
